Please specify all dimensions in millimeters
For all arch types, it is necessary to specify the Stock Brick
size by Length, breadth, and thickness, in order that we can determine
how much brick there is to cut from. Also specify the mortar bed thickness.
If very fine joints are required, then please specify if joggles are
needed although this last item is only needed for cutting, - where we are
providing calculations and drawings only, this is not necessary.
Inside Diameter of Bullseye.
From an appearance point of view, a bullseye may have the number of voussoirs divisible by 2 or 4. Divisible by two gives a headstone at the top centre and at 6 o'clock, and divisible by four gives a voussoir centred at the head, 6 o'clock, 3 o'clock an at 9 o'clock, so you need to specify this. Equally, bullseyes may have one or more keystones, so in which case you need to specify the keystone number, positions, soffit width, and projection below the intrados.
